Held with the pattern, not on the must: pleat header template, full scale, top 69 1/8″. Transfer notches and fold marks to the cut panel.

Notions — quantities vary by size: spiral steel boning, one per vertical seam · invisible zip 8.6″ CB skirt · 18 eyelets, 9 per side · lacing cord 12 ft · 2 hook and eye at the waistband.
